All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India.

Some orders may be subject to UAE customs duties, import VAT and/or other charges levied by UAE Government authorities at the time of import. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges and, where applicable, must be paid by the customer/recipient.

If the customer refuses or fails to pay applicable import charges and the shipment is consequently refused, held or returned, any refund will be subject to our Shipping & Refund Policy and any non-recoverable shipping, return, customs, clearance or other charges incurred by PoochMate.
